Who is MQDAR for?
For men's and women's tailoring shops, tailors, tailoring workshops, thobe shops and any business that manages measurements, orders and a workshop — with one branch or several.
Which market is MQDAR built for?
MQDAR is built mainly for the Saudi market: prices are in Saudi riyals, VAT-registered businesses get a simplified tax invoice, and the interface is in Arabic, English and Urdu.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MQDAR runs straight from the browser on a computer, phone or tablet — no software or special hardware to install.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. MQDAR's interface is designed for phones, tablets and computers.
Does each company get its own link?
Yes. Each company signs in through its own link, like yourshop.mqdar.shop.
Does it support branches?
Yes. You can manage several branches under one company; how many depends on your plan.
Is each company's data isolated?
Yes. Each company's data is isolated from other companies, and only that company's users can reach it, according to their permissions.
What is the difference between the plans?
Plans differ in the number of branches and users and in the services included — for example advanced permissions, reports and workflow, HR, and customer order tracking. Current prices and details are in the plans section above.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans as your needs change, and the differences in services and limits are shown in the plans section above. Plan changes are handled by the MQDAR team.
Does it support Arabic, English and Urdu?
Yes. MQDAR's interface is available in Arabic, English and Urdu, and every user picks their own language.
Does MQDAR manage fabric inventory?
Yes. Each item has a card with its unit and an average cost taken from actual receipts. Shop fabric is reserved when the order is saved and issued with its waste when cutting is finished, while customer-supplied fabric is never deducted. Purchase invoices, stock-takes, per-location stock and low-stock alerts are included.
Can I sell ready products such as perfumes and caps?
Yes, through direct sales: sell on their own from a quick sale screen, or add the product to a tailoring order so it appears on the same customer invoice. A product is handed over immediately only after its value is paid, and stock is deducted once. The service is available on all plans, enabled per company.
Does MQDAR issue tax invoices and credit notes?
Yes, for VAT-registered businesses: a simplified invoice for individuals and a standard invoice for VAT-registered business customers, with a QR code. Corrections after issue are made with a credit or debit note linked to the original invoice, which is never edited. The system is ready for integration with the ZATCA FATOORA platform.
Does it support coupons, offers and manual discounts?
Yes. Offers are created on the Offers page as a percentage or fixed amount, with dates and usage limits, and a coupon code can be entered when creating an order or in direct sales. Discounts do not stack: the best one for the customer applies. Manual discounts need a permission and a reason, within a limit set by the owner.
Can measurements include fractions like ¼, ½ and ¾?
Yes. Next to every measurement field there is a small fraction picker, and the value is stored as an exact number (24½ = 24.5) in inches or centimetres. It appears unchanged on the order, the workshop sheet and the cutter and tailor screens. Existing measurements never change unless they are explicitly saved.
