You subscribe by sending a request from the website: choose a plan and billing cycle on the "Get started" page and enter your business details; we save your request and continue with you on WhatsApp, then the MQDAR team activates your account. There is no online payment or instant subscription on the website yet. Once activated, your business gets its own link and the setup assistant guides you through the business, branch and user details.
Yes. Upgrades and plan changes are handled by the MQDAR team. When you downgrade nothing is deleted; you just cannot add more than the new limit, and services not included are hidden without deleting their data.
Access pauses, your data is kept in full and nothing is deleted, and access returns after renewal. All users see a reminder 14 days before the end date.
